able to provide everything from pick-up catering to full service event

Chef/owner Derk Meitzler has established himself as a premier chef in
Memphis. His first restaurant, On Teur, was an 8-time Memphis Magazine
Award Winner. Derk opened Cafe 61 in September of 2003 to great anticipation,
and the reputation for food and service has grown Café 61 into
a downtown Memphis institution. Derk has spent over 20 years in the food
and beverage industry, and prior to owning his own restaurants Derk worked
as Banquet and Beverage Manager for the Peabody Hotel.

- Exclusive caterer for the VIP Panda Preview Party at the Memphis Zoo
- Business dinners and parties from 20 - 300 people both on and off premises for many local and international corporations.
